Aside from the guns, the belly of the beast is done

Insane would be starting on the Pegasus right after this
Right?! I got a car to build so I probably won’t be starting any other models until it gets too cold to be in the garage again. The painter is nearly done with it so finishing Galactica soon may even be questionable

My dad's got a 2+2 in storage. I'm hoping one day I inherit it. I would do what you're doing: put a 350 in it, and paint it white with blue stripes. At least that's been my plan for the last 30 years. As far as I know it's 100% stock. Might be more valuable to leave it as it is.

Well it depends on what it is really, if it’s a plane old C code (289 2bl) or a T code 6 cyl like all mine have been, go for it

Hey there guns, thank you I appreciate it. Haven’t talked with you in a while, what are you working on?

Oh...other stuff...

Those Hawks look absolutely awesome! I’ve seen a few of them lately and those of yours are far and away superior. The details are exquisite.
I know what you mean about Bandai fighters being difficult to light particularly the cockpits. I butchered an Xwing and ruined it trying to get all the lighting I wanted but on a second attempt I pulled it off, tricky as all get out and the price you pay for Bandai you hate to scrap em. I can’t get over how great those Hawks look, makes me want one! I built a couple of the Eagles when I was a kid and of course they look like crap but they were fun to build

Thank you good sir!

As for BSG, your build looks amazeballs. I missed out on snagging a nu-BSG Pegasus and of course it was gone the next time I stopped by. Ah well.

Thank you my friend, most kind.
I have a Pegasus also. I bought both to have as a guide to do the scratch. I’m guessing there’s still a few on eBay but they’re like buying gold

Starboard side moving forward. I have to leave enough of the top and the side open till after I attach both flight pods to tie all the wiring together
