hi all.
i'm looking to see if anyone has good ref pics of Robert Vaughn's (Gelt was the characters name) ship from the 1980 movie Battle Beyond the Stars.
it kinda looked like a manta ray with no tail.
pics of the actual filming model would be best but clear screen caps would work also.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks much.

Have you seen the Sense of Scale video?

I don't know if there are any pictures of Gelt's ship in there.

Hey guys. I'm helping Bad Wolf look into this with the intent of maybe doing a model of it in the future.

Auctioned recently. Also, the bluray has some great pics.
I scoured the net for the auction photos, but the links don't work and the Internet Archive doesn't have the site saved either. Those photos would probably have been pure gold.

On one of the FB groups devoted to Practical Effects, Stephen R Santangelo posted a number of the pictures he took at Corman's Venice Lumberyard studio in 1980; just a port-side view, but, very nice:
That's a nice shot! Gives a good idea of the silhouette from the side.
