Batman Dark Knight Rises Cowl and Neck
The cowl
First of all, I want to thank ruze789 for sharing your post Batsuit Batman TDK Cowl and Pepakura Files with us.
I particularly printed the file Ruze789 TDK Cowl foam conversion by EyeofSauron - A4.pdo
Apparently a couple of pieces which were ruled not seem important, but I realized that it gives a better structure and strength. So keep that in mind!!!
These parts are not in this file, so I had to get it from this other version:
Ruze789 TDK Cowl Letter.pdo
So here we go...
Once the model is finished, a few modifications were made, as the size of the eyes, and some details on the cheeks, but this is pocional.
For most of these details, I used putty used for glazing.
The neck
Here you have the .pdo file designed by me.
idalto_DKR_Neck.pdo
First layer
Second layer
Third layer
Fourth layer
Let's make a test of the pieces.
Now I need to split the neck to perform the corresponding molds.
This is the front part of the neck
Fiberglass process...
