Batman Dark Knight Rises Cowl and Neck

The cowl
First of all, I want to thank ruze789 for sharing your post Batsuit Batman TDK Cowl and Pepakura Files with us.

I particularly printed the file Ruze789 TDK Cowl foam conversion by EyeofSauron - A4.pdo

Apparently a couple of pieces which were ruled not seem important, but I realized that it gives a better structure and strength. So keep that in mind!!!

These parts are not in this file, so I had to get it from this other version:

So here we go...

Once the model is finished, a few modifications were made, as the size of the eyes, and some details on the cheeks, but this is pocional.

For most of these details, I used putty used for glazing.

The neck

Here you have the .pdo file designed by me.

Let's make a test of the pieces.

Now I need to split the neck to perform the corresponding molds.

Thank you very much everyone for your comments. The ides is to continue this work by making molds of each model in fiberglass and then make a copy using latex.

hello, I wanted to know what material you used, to do your neck, and if you could, please pass me the project... =D thx

I use Swedish cardboard, it is easy to cut, paste, is hard and looks good. In a few days I'll upload the PDO file with the right scale according to the mask.
Remember that I'm not going to wear the neck made of cardboard, it is for the fiberglass mold ;)

And sorry for my English because I might make some mistakes.
