Anyone got any tips on straightening a urethane cowl ear. its solid one is a good shape
the other stands slightly out of centre, it was like it when I got it (used) don`t know if it was stored
badly or the way it was moulded ? tried hair dryer then cold water but after a while it went back.
did not want to use a hot heat gun until I asked for ideas.

Yeah with urethane it's pretty much done if it came to you like that. You already applied heat to bend the ear but you said it went back into the bent position so more heat probably won't work. The coat hanger can work if the ear is solid, you can try to wedge it in or drill and slide the hanger in to reshape it. A picture would definitely help though so we can see where the bend is coming from exactly.

There solid urethane, the left is slightly thicker and more curved on the inner side, this one sticks straight up, the right is thinner
on the inside edge and has a nice horned curve, would like to build up the thinner if any ones got any formula mix that will adhere to
the urethane and flex as in not to snap if moved
