This is a replica of the design from Batman Begins (famously featured in the last act as Scarecrow is bursting manhole covers off the sewers).

This is offered either as a kit for $115 shipped, or a fully-assembled and painted replica for $200 shipped.

It is waterjet cut from solid black Sintra. Sintra is a lightweight yet rigid PVC board – which means you'll can hang this on a wall.

The kit comes with a 1/2" thick base, and 1/4" thick letters and grid design. You simple use super glue to glue the top level to the bottom.
Because it's a solid black material, it'll look great with basic assembly. Or you can paint it with Rustoleum Dark Bronze Hammered Finish for a realistic effect.

This is a full-size replica – measuring 23-1/2" in diameter. ( Just 1/2" smaller than the actual prop to allow for easier shipping).

If you choose for the fully assembled and painted version, it will be painted and weathered to look very realistic. Attached is an image of a prototype to show my painting abilities.

I will be ordering one of these guys as soon as my armor comes in from jester fx. I can't wait, this is a perfect base for my display! Even though my suit is an 89 keaton

Yup, these would make a great base for any Batman-related display.

Still have a few of these left. You can buy a kit, or I'll build and paint one for you.

I am definitely interested, but cannot make payment right away. I would like the kit. Can I get on the list and then pay in a week or two?

I have the kits in hand and they are shipping. Here's some parts pictures to show how clean and awesome these came out! I also wanted to share a picture of a fully-assembled and painted manhole cover I will be shipping soon. With a little paint and weathering these look really great.

I still have plenty of sets left and am ready to build a paint a kit if you're interested.
