i know i'm asking alot of questionsbut this is to make sure i understand so please bear with me.

du u use super glue after u molded the pieces to stick them together?

how du u attache the armor to the suit?

i've looked at the templates and they look awesome

thanks for your time

I use a hot glue gun to adhere the pieces together.
For pieces where I use more than one thickness of sintra
I use 3M 77 spray adhesive to laminate them together

Yes and no

I made them but they were so thick due to the fact that there are multiple layers so close together.
Also the shin starts smaller in diameter at the top gets larger and tapers smaller again at the bottom.
It was just such a pain to try and copy that shape that I thought I would be better served to buy a pair of latex ones.

So that's what I did. I got an awesome pair from Mr. Fett and they look great!

What's Up Hunters?

I have another template for you.

the AVP Canon Arm

It is a little variation from traditional in one way. I like the length of the wolf Canon arm so I elongated the center stalk
to give the canon more height if needed. It helps to prop it up higher on the shoulder and give the canon better visibility
or you can lower it just as easily.

Most of the pieces can be assembled by sandwiching together three pieces of half inch thick wood or medium density fiber board (MDF)
and then adding 1 mil sheet foamies for the accents
Good luck and if you have any questions drop me an email

I am working on the rest of the bomb gauntlet and hope to have full plans for the Backpack med kit in not too long.

As always thanks for looking and enjoy!

Here it is finished
