Thanks guys. I'm planning to work on the jacket over the next few days, so hopefully will have something to show in a couple weeks at most. The fabric I've been using is a type of jersey I found. It comes in primary colours, so I'm having to hand-dye the second shade of blue.

Got my shield brackets from Valor and am in the process of attaching them and adding the straps.

Thanks for the kind words guys. I saw the movie last night in London, and was so pumped, I've been spending all day working on the jacket..... it's coming together pretty nicely. I'll try to upload some new pics within the next 48 hours.

On the padded fabric pieces (like along the abdomen area)... how do you do that? Is it just sandwiching something like foam in-between two parts of fabric and stitching around them? I've always wondered how they do that. I do a fair amount of sewing, but I've never tried to do this sort of thing.
