That looks great man you guys must have lots of patience to that with all the folds and however you do it.

I noticed that the lower half of face is not in the files, do you have those pep files to share as well ?
 
Crypto, the chin portion should be included in the regular cowl file. Print that and it should all fit.

In other news, I'll be using a smooth-on product (EpoxAmite 100) to do the laminating of the cowl portion. I now kinda fear using a heat gun on the chin portion because I've heard that fiberglass resin doesn't really take well to extreme heat. I'm still gonna try, the worst that can happen is a do-over for the chin. But I'm thinkin the smooth-on product will do better with heat than traditional fiber-glass resin. Any thoughts?
 
Just a small update, got the model resined before the cold set in and started coating with grey super sculpey. There's lots of rough spots but from what I understand rubbing alcohol smooths out sculpey nicely.
 
Haven't decided between boiling or using a heat gun in a special enclosure. I'm open to any/all suggestions cuz I don't wanna mess this up!
