I was just talking about the railing, and having just the four rails instead of a bunch of little pieces. Man we really need to keep this all to one thread.

I don't know what Kody's thoughts are exactly, but my thought on the cove molding is to do them as the four sides with corner leaves to cover the seams.

The fewer parts the better.

Yes, Yes, and Yes Railings as four pieces. Cove moulding as four pieces and four seperate leaves for corners.

Well we have people in place to make the masters and create the tooling, so all now that matters is having the CAD files to do it. And that has always been the problem. Hopefully this is no longer a problem as people are stepping up.

Once we get drawings, then it's off to the races.
