I see you are in Canada. Maybe that's why. I am unable to see restrictions from my end because I'm in the US.
A side note and question for our Canadian friends. Because Canada can be accessed from a few different parts of the US, has anyone opened up a post office box in the US and just had items shipped there?

They did did have the Vader, Kylo, and FO trooper in the new packaging though so it was definitely all new stock.
interesting.... a RPF member has a made a thread for Iron Man Helmet and I'm also curios about the armored Batman helmet. Gonna check out my Target, want to see this Batman helmet in person. thx for sharing

stormtrooper, fett, and kylo are from the same molds, for anyone that never got them last year, stormy is too small but will be fine for shorter people (under 5ft), kylo is general adult sized, has a LOT of room in it as with fett. fett is also pretty gosh darn close to the MR iirc in terms of size, but for the average person its a tad too big so if you aren't over 6ft you may have a slight bobblehead appearance. my "regular" target had everything but fett and iron man. ill take a trip up to the "super" target soon, its the rich part of town and they had 3 fetts last year cuz no one there knows who he is apparently.
also the batman helmet fits really, REALLY well for what it is. I cant comment on the accuracy but I might just pick one up for the heck of it.

Was just looking at the black series Stormtrooper voice changer helmet. Anyone know if this is a full size helm? Like how it looks in the picture and looking for one to display with my E- 11. Price looks right on Targets website. Dont plan on wearing it but you never know! Lol

For the F.O. Stormtrooper, if anyone wants... I got one last year, plus intending to get a full-size one once all the options have become consistently reliable for me to compare. But in both cases, I'm going to replace the "frown mesh" with an actual open-cell hexagonal mesh. The only accurate one anyone was able to find was from a company in the U.K. and only available in whole sheets -- four feet by eight feet. I, ah... got one. And had it shipped to me here in the States. I only need about a square foot for all my intended uses, so the rest is up for grabs, should anyone want to upgrade from molded-in detail.

checked the super target today, 2 stormys 1 kylo, and 2 vaders. each store must get a certain amount of something im guessing, like not all stores have the same orders and hope to sell out. saw the iron man in person too, seems gigantic as well so I passed. at least this year they put holes in the bottoms so you can try them all on first.
has anyone else gotten to their stores and the packaging pretty much missing? I get that cheap masks have cheap boxes but maybe people in my area just have no respect and have just been taking them out of the cardboard anyway. last year only one fett out of 3 had the cardboard base with the upc code. either rubies needs more tape or they need to put upc stickers on the inside of the helmets as well so people can actually buy the things.

The packaging was a joke. The people lucky enough to find the Fett ones last year also had to be lucky enough to find them without the rangefinder missing because they could be removed so easily.
