I was hoping the new Visual Dictionary would have a picture of the cyber gun in it, but sadly it does not.

Just borrowed the book Doctor who the Vault. And there is great photo of it in there.

Hi sorry thought I'd put this one up but must have forgot.

Ive just managed to get two of the rifles here in UK from someone selling second hand. As John Hurt once said "why build one when you can have two at twice the price"

Thanks cave man. when you get your rifle's. could you post a pic of It at the angle of the one In the book? just wanting to see the modification's from about the middle section on back too the stock.

Oh and Laain. it looks if your rifle has no trigger. they don't come like that new do they?

Hello! I'm also thinking about making one of these, and I bought one off eBay recently.

No, these rifles don't have triggers, you" fire" by pulling the orange bit (at the front, underneath) back towards you. It should be easy to make something suitable, though.

I'm looking to start this some time in the New Year, once all the Christmas jollities are over. Having the same base item as the original means that photos and screencaps can be scaled up accurately, and the extra parts that have been fitted can be measured. I'm looking forward to having a go at this!

It is true these rifles do not come with a trigger, but I've seen where people modded one. It really should be simple enough.

It's really hard for me to get a good picture of the whole rifle, but here you go.

That's hard to say. I would use a picture of the gun. and work of the very back end of the stock. as It seems that part wasn't heavily modified. measure from top to bottom. then use that size on your picture to get an estimate of the size of the front barrel. make any sense?

Something like this Laain. don't lough at my line's. as I still suck at graphics.:lol draw equally spaced lines through your picture. measured to Inches half Inches or metric your choice. take the real world measurement from the back of the stock top to bottom. assign that to your lines and you should have a good idea of the size of the barrel..

In my opinion. they modified the existing pump a bit. looks like they have It resting In the fully back position on the gun. area behind that looks pretty original...
