Anti-Cyberman Gun

Do you think the smaller LEDs, or whatever they used, are 8mm or 10mm?

Hard to say Laain. I haven't worked out any size reference yet. If you could give me this exact size from point to point. preferably In inches. and can print out a few pics and try to nail It down for you If you wish..

hey laain. it's 6:30 in the morning and I did a quick experiment with size. but my sizing's not jiving right off bat. for the small light's I'm getting a rough estimate of about 6.53 mm. but i'm also using the made up Image of the rifle. It's the flattest side image we have I believe. so i'm not sure how accurate this data is.

I'm going to get a friend of mine to help. he can make me a PDF Image. were the butt stock will print out too six inches. then I can hopefully be more precise.

i just put my request into my friend laain. I will let you know what I get as soon as I hear back from him. hopefully we can lock down some sizes. but I hate working from the rendering. could throw a wrench In the accuracy..

Flat round disk and something with raised ridges could make do for this part. cut long ways In a strip and and put around that section..

It's possibly something that's been made specially for the prop.

The BBC's props people tend not to build props using just "found" items (there are quite a few in the "Classic" series, guns made from hosepipe parts, etc.), it always seems to be a mix of "found" items and specially made bits (3D printing, CNC milling, laser cutting, all that sort of business). I'm sure they do it deliberately to confound replica builders. They'll have to try harder ... !! :lol

Sean, I don't suppose you could send me a set of the images you made, could you? It would be most handy for reference!
