Honestly though, I got no real responses until I emailed asking to buy something else with the money they were sitting on. When I did that they responded pretty quickly. But it seems like that window may have now closed, unfortunately.
Really shameful what they continue to do to customers, and equally shameful that Disney lets them do it.

I'm not sure that works anymore. I sent Anovos an email asking about the status of the Shoretrooper helmet I purchased in September. I said I would contact the credit card company if I did not get a response by January 8th. Wayback didnt catch anything on that...you might want to try the wayback machine to see if any of the pages were archived during the 2018/2019 timeline. and good luck, you should get the justice you deserve for not receiving your products from Anovos
