I received an invoice on 12/26 and purchased only because they said it was ready to ship. Almost a month and no tracking.I received and paid for an invoice on January 5th with the promise it was on standby ready to ship. No shipping update since then. No responses to my emails for updates. I am done with these guys. Shame on me for trusting them.

I understand the point, but isn't it just a few items like the Kylo helmet and one or two others that have been previously shipped? It isn't like the parks have most of the Anovos items available on a shelf. I doubt the park has very many of the higher priced items in stock regardless of the manufacturer.Boy I think it is just so truly awful that some of these things are for sale at Disney parks. What customer betrayal.

3 Jan--but they did mention ahead of time it would be 14 business days before shipping or so....most people I have seen on FB have waited 10 business days at the least for theirs. IDK what takes them that long to ship an item.
Ill be honest, they really need some help and as much as I appreciate their efforts to deliver awesome stuff ----they really need to figure this out...
Just saying, today is the 17th business day since the 3rd...unless MLK day didn't count. In either case 16 or 17 > 14.
