Ok a bit of a head's up for people who have requested refunds in the past. I requested a refund for my 9 paid items >1 year ago. I have not received any refunds or items since then (none of the items have shipped out to anybody). One of the items was the Kylo Ren helmet. When I saw people were receiving them and it showed In Stock on the site I thought to myself "Well, I never got a refund so I should be hearing info on this item shipping to me soon!". Nothing from Anovos about it after a couple of weeks SO I sent in 2 brand new customer service emails on the site asking if I would be receiving the item. FINALLY heard back yesterday. It seems because I had requested a refund I was not on the list to receive one but since I had reached out I'll be able to receive one of the available ones.
Now, I have no idea why they would not be automatically be keeping this stuff in mind for those people that have not received refunds to keep up customer appearances but it seems they aren't. SO, if you see an item you never got a refund for shipping and you would like the item, send in an email right away and don't wait!
