Wow, thanks guys!
It was made from wood, cardboard, whatever I didn't have to buy that I already had on hand.
The Viper turned out so well... the landing gear was difficult though.
Oh, and it comes off:
It's really all just a display for the model.

I'm most happy with the Viper itself- I must have looked at about 300 pictures from 10 different websites to get it just right. I tried for a nice cross between the full size mock up & the FX miniature.

Ahhh, I never put so much concentrated effort into a model before... even though my Galactica
took twice as long to complete, it was mostly just tedious stuff; the Viper was much more intense to get right (the canopy alone took an entire night!).
