32 inch Falcon Guns

I'm starting the earliest thinking of a project for my MR Falcon and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for getting a second set of guns for the Falcon. I'll need a set for the bottom side AND topside eventually.

I guess I could tear off the existing guns from her, mold them and cast a copy but I'm kind of hoping that someone already has done that or has another option.

Thoughts or suggestions anyone?
