Put them inside an empty CD-jewel case or something similar. I will give you an email when it has arrived.

Just want to be a show off:

It's very tricky to match the right color shade, but I think I have been lucky to get it right. It's kinda funny how the paint change apperance in different light. It has a different shade in the morning than in the evening. When I saw the real model at the Bradford Exhibition, it was kinda yellowish and my model has this yellow shade under my table lamp. So I most be on the right track.
Im not done yet, there's still a long way to go.

Anyone else here...ACTUALLY building one of these besides MOE and I?
If so...
Post some pictures!

I'm in the process of collecting kits... and hoping that Moe will release his "plans" for the basic shape

So far my corner of the room that holds my "unbulit" models is getting very cluttered

I just dropped a couple of hundred on kits and need to let the bank account recharge a bit before the next round of purchases.

Hey Moe!
Any chance of you selling some resin castings of that wondeful cockpit exterior, like the one you made for Frank? That, for some reason is one part that scares me a little. Im willing to bet they would be quite popular. Probably worth a pretty penny too!

Old picture. I haven't worked on her in a LONG time. The Y has been the only project I've worked on solidly for the past year. I have 98% of the donor kit's I need for the Empire Falcon, a few unidentified parts left to find. I need to come up with a good lighting plan for it before I get too much further.

outstanding and impressive
I just placed an order for sheet styrene so I can get started
what is the consensus for the central tube (gun well) pvc or polycarbonate and what type og glue are you guys using to join the pvc to the styrene ca will work but over time will become brittle I think some sort of solvent based glue would be better like tenax 7r it work on all types of plastics and ina fusion type of bond
this is turning out to be a real spender I thought is would be only slightly more costly than the xwing like 2.5 times more pricey but now I find I need to purchase some speacialty tools to get the job done wow what a bummer

I appreciate the compliment Boat, thanks! I of course have a LONG way to go before it is even as remotely impressive as Moe's or Frank's.

Sorry... I haven't checked this forum in a while.
About my cockpit, well, to be honest, I haven't giving it much thoughts when it comes to selling castings of it.
I want to finish my model first. Regarding the link above, it doesn't work any more, I've removed it from my site. So I will not offer castings in a while, I HAD a DEADLINE written there. All you had to do was read the text. I might offer some casts again in the future...

Best

Personally,
I dont think anyone should buy a part til they NEED IT!!
In other words...

GET BUSY BUILDING PEOPLE...otherwise..Ill you have are resin parts and a pile of plastic.

I only see one or two people here seriously building anything besides Moe and I.

:)
