I'm waiting now on a 3d printed prototype. Should be the easiest install in history I just need to make sure everything fits together before ordering these in metal

There's been some consensus that the show used 7/8" blades for production will this be a 7/8" blade holder or 1"? Is the neck wider than 1" OD?

Not sure if anyone else has seen this yet, but I just found there was a video posted on the YouTube channel "Cantina Talk" back in January this year that showed Obi-Wan's lightsaber from Kenobi and compared it against both his ROTS and ANH hilt. The video isn't super long, but it did give some nice shots and angles of the hilt. I've captured some of the angles here, but the full video can be found here:

Lol! That dude literally held mine in his hands and was told what each part was. I don't know where he got merlin from. I took mine apart and showed hime each peice. I also told him about romans replicas which is no doubt what that emitter is. And im pretty sure roman isn't calling it a merlin either.

Are the grenade and booster sections different finishes? It almost looks like the grenade section has a satin finish whereas the booster is more matte.

Just speculating, but it looks like they gave both parts a matte clear coat, and the grenade section was handled more, which gave it more sheen.
