Looks very nice! Are you going to print it as a single piece or cut it in to sections?

For cost reasons we are going to do it in small parts where we can hide the joins

Looks nice. I'm planning a build myself. I ran across what appears to be a photo of the screen used prop on another thread. Seems like the top right corner of the rear rail has a wider curve than the bottom corner.

That's awesome man. Really will be cool to see when it is finished. You always saw that prop so much during the trailers leading up the film release, wish it would have been used and explained more.
