DR Who Unit costume

Well, that's the old logo of UNIT. For the modern version, it's this:

It's basically a white round badge, plus Benton had a UNIT fabric shoulder flash on the left shoulder.

You could print the logo out, mount it on thick card and mount a brooch pin to it.

Battledress is standard 1970's British Issue. Standard Beret, but I can't tell the colour.

Hi,
I am in the process of trying to do a SGT Benton recreation.
I was wondering if anyone had ever done a U.N.I.T capbadge?
It is a rather simple design but I have never seen one exept on the show

I posted in the prop forum rather than in the costume forum because I figure a capbadge is more a prop rather than a piece of cloth.

Thanks

That is a a brilliant suggestion.
I did not even think of that.
I actually have the 68 pattern battle dress but in Dpm.
Now, that I see that he was wearing the light green also I shall have to hunt for that. It actually looks better.
Much obliged.

It's made me think about drawing up some UNIT Id badge/card. Although I have no skills in that department... anyone better at it than me wanna have a go? ;)
