Zenkai Maul "pocket" Blueprint?

Many of you recall Zenkai's Maul saber came without the "pocket" between then buttons. He provided a schematic so buyers could have it machined. I recently purchased a Maul and might have this done, but the blueprint has fallen off the forum it seems. Anyone got it they can email? cayman_shen@hotmail.com
