Your Christmas movie Top 10 list

Better Off Dead not getting any love?! Gremlins?!

Excellent choices and laughing my ass off at the link, haha. Are those really considered Christmas movies though? Set around Christmas time, yes, but that's like saying Team America is a love story (puppet sex scene...wow) or Dances with Wolves is about the Civil War

Not a top ten from me, either, but these are my "must-see"s for the season:

A Christmas Story
Gremlins
Edward Scissorhands
Charlie Brown Christmas
Scrooged
Home Alone

Huh? Team America *wasn't* a love story???? :confused :lol

Die Hard is not a Christmas film, but we all agree it's "A Christmas film".... all I know is, when ever some one in my family or at work says the word "Christmas", one of the smart asses says "CHRIIIIIIIIIISSSSS MASSSSSS" like Ricky's mom, lol!!!

1. A Christmas Story
2. The Night They Saved Christmas
3. Christmas Vacation
4. A Miracle on 34th Street (1947)
5. The Santa Claus

The movies/shows I have to watch every year are:

1. Christmas Vacation
2. Home Alone
3. Home Alone 2
4. Elf
5. A Christmas Story
6. Merry Christmas, Mr. Bean (good taste, celticruins!)
7. SpongeBob's Christmas Special (hillarious)
8. How the Grinch Stole Christmas (the original cartoon)
9. Garfield's Christmas Special
10. Bugs Bunny Christmas (we have it on tape from back in the 80s)
11. The Santa Clause

And then there's the typical rudolph, frosty, and the rest. I just ordered from amazon the Claymation Christmas from the 80s. I haven't seen that in probably 20 years. I just remember the California Raisins were in it.

The Wook

ps~Recently saw Bad Santa, not impressed. But I also finally saw Carrey's Grinch film, and thought that was pretty darn good. Not a fan of Taylor Momsen's looks now, but as Cindy Lou Who, she was an adorable child. Baker's make-up was sensational, as usual.

A muppets christmas carol is the only xmas film I have ever liked.

oh, and Bad Santa

It's a wonderful life: Always playing when we decorate the tree.(except this year when the FUUUUDDDGGIINNGG (only I didn't say fudge;)) VCR broke!)
