I've seen a couple of similiar threads, but none where people actually rank them. So here goes, my Christmas Movie Top 10:

1. Elf
2. Arthur Christmas (I thought it was really good)
3. A Christmas Story
4. Christmas Vacation
5. Scrooged
6. Nightmare Before Christmas
7. Love Actually
8. Home Alone
9. A Christmas Carol (2009, Jim Carrey)
10. A Muppet Christmas Carol

Let the arguments for/against begin. I know there are a couple people will have a problem with, and I'm ready to discuss for or against any of them. What does your top 10 list look like?

Christmas Vacation
Scrooged
A Christmas Carol (George C. Scott)
Doctor Who (I don't care if any of the specials aren't movies...this is MY list. ;) )
A Christmas Carol (Patrick Stewart)
Trading Places
White Christmas

I don't know if I have a single favorite, but there are some that are required viewing every year. In no particular order:

Nightmare Before Christmas
Charlie Brown Christmas
Elf
Christmas Story
Christmas Vacation
How the Grinch Stole Christmas (not "The Grinch")
It's a Wonderful Life

Having got to watch both Die Hard and Trading Places at work in the last week (missed Rare Exports) and White Christmas screening coming soon this is a topic somewhat on mind; sure the above're somewhere in the mix, but I can't rank in terms of favorite to less so, ten times.

So in no particular order:
