Sorry, I have said several times that the number of orders I can fill will be based on how many castings I can get out of the molds before they are un-usable. There is no way to accurately predict that. I have currently made 30 sets of castings and have a wait list of 50. Normally I would expect to be able to get 50 or more castings out of platinum based silicones molds but do to the thinness of the parts, the resin takes longer to set (thicker parts generate more heat which speeds up the cure, thinner parts don't). When the resin is left in the mold for longer periods of time (the molds are taking about 1 1/2 hours to demold each cycle) it hastens the deterioration of the mold. The molds are starting to show signs of deterioration, it's getting harder to remove the parts, which is a sign that the resin has leached silicone out of the molds to the point where the resin starts to stick. I am using mold release which helps but only to a certain point. There are mold releases that would guarantee being able to get the parts out but then paint wouldn't stick to the parts, even if scrubbed clean. The releases I'm using are "paintable", at least after cleaning the part. I am doing everything I can to nurse the molds along and get as many castings as possible from them. Most recently, I've started brushing a thin coating of Vaseline on the interior surfaces of the molds where the parts don't need to be painted. The casting isn't as clean in those areas (or paintable) but since it's on the inside of the fuselage it won't matter. This is helping but still...
As you've seen in my posts, these are not simple molds of which to just make a second set.
Casting these parts is a slow process. Only one mold can fit in my larger pressure chamber at a time, which means it takes 3 to 4 hours per set to cast. I have a "day job" and family obligations. Some evenings during the week I can get out to the shop after work and run a casting or two, some days not. I'm able to get a few more parts run over weekends but it's still slow going.
I will say this - when you've received a PM from me that payment is due you have FIVE DAYS in which to pay or I will move on and offer the castings to the next person on the list and you will have to wait. And there is a good chance the molds will not last long enough to fill all requests. So procrastinate at your own risk!
