Just wanted to share my Juggernaut Helmet build from this past Halloween. My crew went as the X-Men and we had about 15 in the group! I started with sheets of foam that I got from Hobby Lobby. Stacked & spray adhesive glued to create a cube then I just started gutting it out like a pumpkin! Once I got the fit right I started carving with an electric knife. Once I got the size & shape to my satisfaction I just painted grey. This was a first for me and it turned out better than expected. "I'm the Juggernaut b!tch!"
