No. What was covered was that there is a type of harness on the X2 boot. You seem to have mistaken the XO and X2 boots up. There are no stills (or real discussion)out there in the internet or boot thread on fj.com. The most we have are what I provided here.

I'm not sure if there's a clear shot or not but in the end fight scene against Deadpool, there's a shot of Wolverine's boots as it shows him slowly being pushed backwards closer to the edge. I haven't watched the movie in a while so I don't know if it's clear enough to make out anything but it might be worth checking out.

Hey IFA,

There are tons of photos on the FJ.com site, as well as members' pics. I recommend going there. It's a cool jacket; I just picked it up and tried it on again last weekend when Dan and Vanson were in NYC.

Although this X-1's been distressed by Dan (and stunningly so), this shows the jacket from every angle you could possibly wish for... That's a rough idea, but the posters over on Film Jackets.com have posted his jacket from nearly every other angle out there...Which (I'd guess) is why he hasn't replied so promptly to the email about possible photos to see?

Or use the X-1 as a start with Dan's own site?

I'm trying to find a new job right now just so I can afford to buy Dan's X-0 myself...I have a Wested, and it's great! But I'd love one in the same thickness as my Danson X-1 and I have to use Dan for that..Nothing else comes close..

Interview on Saturday! I could use any good wishes people could send my way! 2012 has to be better than last year!!

I don't think I ever complimented you on your X-1. It looks freakin sweet on you, man.

I wish you lots of luck with the job search. I know how much of a pain it is getting out there and interviewing, etc.

Have you had a chance to handle an XO? I tell you, it is one beautiful jacket. It's just so much more complex than all the others. You'll be glad once you have it!
 
I've owned and tried on every single one of Dan's X jackets with the exception of the X3 because I have the OLF, but I can say that they each are their own. The feel different and wear different. My personal favorite is the XO just the way it fits. And yeah, it takes a certain person who's got some balls to wear that jacket out in public with as much detail as it's got. People will most certainly recognize it so be prepared for looks.
 
I have an X-0 by Wested...The leather's nowhere near as thick as the Vanson X-1 I have, but the colours and design are probably my favourite.. I love the collar, and the flashes of colour inside the wrist too...It's a great jacket...

Also, I live in Tokyo, so it's fairly hard to "blend in" as it is anyway...I usually dress in a suit and fedora for work, so people tend to look a fair bit...LOL..When I'm in the X-0/1 they pay about the same amount of attention to me...Hehe..No bad thing....Especially when the looks I'm getting come from women so cute they kill me....I can handle that..:$

Yeah..The interview is on Saturday....Hopefully it'll work out perfectly and I can get a job that pays decent wages again..We'll see! If it goes through, my next jacket is the Vanson X-0!

Yeah....

The school has left the process a touch late (Term in Japan starts in March, so they have about a month to find a decent candidate...Not so much time!), so it means I'm in with a real chance of being able to get this job...I'm not so bad in interviews, depending on the style (Japanese "formal" interviews have three or more men sitting about twenty feet away behind a desk and one chair in front of them, and you're sat and asked "interview questions"...It's a little scary to say the least..), and I feel that I have as good a chance as I've ever faced to get this job...

Also, this time, I REALLY need it..So it's kind of like a fight to the death for me now...Another year with the company I'm with now would kill me, or cause me to kill someone else, neither of which seems "decent" to me...LOL

I'll let people know...But hopefully...Hopefully it'll all work out ok...

Drool is totally right. You should take a look at some members' pics and see if you like the cut. Drool was very successful with his X2, and Logan's Closet's cuts are great. You have to keep in mind that a person's physique can either enhance or harm the look. For example, guys who are on the more fit side tend to look good in the Wolverine jackets. Just my opinion!

Haha Dan, I love the one with you facing off against the Scott character. I laughed out loud in the library. I agree on the fit, it's either a hit or miss ESPECIALLY with the XO. The XO looks better on athletic builds in my opinion. My heavier set friend tried on my XO and it just didn't look the same with a gut sticking out the front end. -_____-. BTW, mine hast aged pretty nicely naturally since I got it a year back. I'll take pics of it!
