Wolverine all day baby! Jackets, belts, claws, oh my.

Have you guys ever watched the interview were Hugh talks about how he watched wolf documentaries because he thought Wolverine was like a Wolfman when he was first casted? Bryan Singer set him straight, but TheWolverine is right, has kept those lupine mannerisms. I wished I could find that interview. As a side note the only times I remember him smiling was with Kayla or Jean. haha Chris27989 It looks great man! You nailed the hair and the shirt looks like something he would wear. Your expression is fine it just looks like you are happy with how your Wolverine look turned out which you should be!

"X-Men Trilogy Blades" SET A & B

These are identical to other blades made with Jimmy Claws' exclusive mold, one blade from each movie. They were molded from PVC and are part of the original production runs as claws used on screen.

Produced using Jimmy's exclusive mold. These are a piece of authentic X-MEN movie history made by JIMMY CLAWS.

Sooooooooo I've been reading the Death of Wolverine, this current story arc and it's really REALLY good. The art and story are solid. I'd check it out if you havent

Art is brilliant....I agree..The story is very interesting too.....I don't like Marvel changing **** about left, right and centre..But if they're going to do it? I'm glad it's being done so well.......I hope his comeback is just as well drawn and written! Heh....

You...You just BOUGHT it???:confused

Looks good, better then my first attempt :D. I think I would like it even better with the movie bone claws from darkmatter. You remind me of Logan before the Weapon X project in the cosplay.

Thanks @darkside501st, @superDrool and everyone who's kept up with the encouragement. I feel only you fellow berserkers really get what I'm currently going though lol.

With that, a quick update:

Hey RPF!

Thanks for everyone's kind words and comments in my inbox with this project.

Today's progress and update: Day 6 of the X-1 distressing and I finally get to start adding the signature screen weathering patterns (as best I can on an organic sort of build with organic, real-world weathering materials and methods) to the left forward flap/vent.

I'll be working on the right quadrant later this week, then follow that up with the secondary stripping and first stage distressing of the left and right sleeves and outside/inside collar.

Update: Custom "vintage-style" Western/Lumberjack shirt-

The fabric swatch here in the lapel is finally going to be replaced with my much anticipated custom built shirt from our costume designer TOMORROW!

The outfit is starting to come together. I'll have more pics and updates soon including my belt and buckle builds and other surprises.

***Sorry for the night photos being such poor quality this time- I'll shoot the next update with my Nikon again***

SNIKT.

Here's a quick iPhone day shot to show the correct color of the shirt swatch. I'm so anal.

I know I just got it. but I want to spend 3 times as much to get a UD suit, and then have the UD suit sized down to my size. this suit pictured is a good solid suit, and got rave reviews at Wizard world Chicago, I could barely move out of the main haul do to so many people wanting a pic of me..

Also, for the best Wolverine Origins jacket using think leather and high quality contruction, www.wolverinejacket.com tell them before you order the code Solider and get $25 off the order.
