HAHAHAHA! thank you! Yeah i think next time i go on a date i am going to wear this ....rofl

And you would pull it off hun.

You are Sara Pezzini .. WOW !

lol mainly because i based my gauntlet off of the witchblade books featuring sara .... i think una and the queen of bones are damn awesome actually ..even tho una is possibly more naked than what i have been basing my work off of rofl

but i would probably be able to pull this off as the first witchblade with an armored chest piece of course
anything barbarian is ...completely awesome to me

I love anything barbarian, plus anything you do, so I would be so in to see this completed.

god ... i have been stabbed in the ribs and it punctured my lung i suppose that might be kinda like a chest tube since when the knife was ripped out i actually felt air from my lung shoot through the opening between my ribs :< it was scary! i thought i was going to die ... but the lung closed right after the blade was removed .... i did not even know that was possible ...when i finally went to the hospital they did not even put stitches in it they just kinda slapped a gauze over it after cleaning the area

That is amazing ! I am happy you are doing well. :love

Re: Witchblade -gauntlet Finished-MORE TO COME :D , Page 5.

Hey Error, What can I say that has not already been said, absolutely FLAWLESS. I am crazy about the Darkness, Witchblade. That isthe most detailed step by step prop. Too bad you cannot make a right handed one too, then take both of them and insert a bottle or some sort of fill in for the arm section then make a mold. after the casting is released them cut out the open areas with an exacto blade then sell them as a single option of for the darkness fans sell them as a set. that way you would have the original molds/casts an you could make back your initial investment and time. Just a thought, I would love to be able to attempt to due the Darkness cosplay, but I am only 5'6" myself, but with the correct shoe inserts I could get a few inches of lift. But the suit and the mask would be kind of difficult. I would love to even take a large scale Gremlin figure, do a repaint then cloth it and attach it to the shoulder to makeit look as one of the Darklings. Anyway, great work. Thanks,

Sweet build ever thought about making the red eye part glow red? Think that would be Copland easy to conseal in the gauntlet. Just a thought one dream to the next!

@jim+dragon ...thank you :D

@calibr1735 ..thank you so much, i have been entertaining the thought at casting and making copies of this, i also want to make a secondary gauntlet for my buddy steve actually just so he can have one i have a right hand glove to work with and a bunch of crap so i was thinking of a darkness style gauntlet ...god i love jackie ... and seriously i am only 5 7 it did not keep me from painting myself into an alien from avatar ... or being a bloodied up warrior nord of skyrim ... if the suit is well made and awesome the height should not matter at all , i say go for it .. i really want to see a legit jackie costume ... and maybe a few little demon berzerker monsters ...so who has a few kids laying around that do not mind being harassed with makeup?! lol if i go through the casting i will be sure to contact you personally on here if i get a bit confused , thank you so much for the advice

and thank you dorian

ace i thought about it but i had a bad experience with led lights once O_O

Re: Witchblade -gauntlet Finished-MORE TO COME :D , Page 5.

One thing i thought of is my arms are anything but one size fits all ... i have very thin forearms small hands and thin fingers ... this thing fits me snug so it does not rattle around and look all crazy, so if i did end up selling it , lol it would fit a child ... a doberman or just be a cool prop for a ..whatever ... haha

Re: Witchblade -gauntlet Finished-MORE TO COME :D , Page 5.

Hey Error,
I read your last post and thought about your size dilemna, but depending on what you would be casting it in,(material), it might still be possible. If you had to cast it in silicone, it would strech out, kind of like the SPFX type mask do on the head. Or if you chooseto use latex it would reqgire multiple applications to give it strength and you might even have to add a certain type of meshing within the layering. I do not really but I have been doing the this stuff, (as a novice only, please do not misinterpret). So I have some friends who have given me advice. I would have loved to have done my "GOONISH" type of character. but due to health and financial issues Ihave had to bail out on alot of cosplaying any longer. But when you did cast the gloves(R/L) both you could place a larger insert to give more play in the forearm area, and finger area as well. I know that with Darkness, it would most likely require a more male generated vinyl/latex full bodysuit in the green with some of your added yellow/green scales to give it that ripped look. The face mask you would be the queen of creation onthat one, but if the person added neon yellow contacts it would work I think, but that is just one mans opinion and you know what they say about opinions....LOL:thumbsup

Re: Witchblade -gauntlet Finished-MORE TO COME :D , Page 5.

Hey Error, not to bother you but I forgot to mention. I noticed in some of your videos tutorials that you had some of the Darkness comics. I was just curious, I actually have Witchblade #1 comic and number 60 witch is when the new artist took over. I think I may even have a #1 Darkness, not sure though. I also have a signed lithograph from the model who they chose for the comic art covers. Anyway, if you might be interested to see them I can photo them and send a pic or if you might be at D*C 2012 I could bring them then. Its solely up to you, not strings. Let me know. Later

Re: Witchblade -gauntlet Finished-MORE TO COME :D , Page 5.

hey Error,
Once more, I though about you mentioning the idea of molding and casting future L/R handed gloves for men and women. But you said that due to your fingers and forearms and hands being a little smaller, it would somewhat be difficult to resize. So, I got to thinking, have you ever seen the plastic tubes that the cigars come in? they could be used to cast in the finger section and as far as the forearm, well you could still use your initial foamboard concept to make your present one, and you would have to inquire to the individual to measure their own hand from side to side and around with a sewing measuring tape, then make a foamboard hand concept based on their measurements, then go from there. It sounds kind of complicated, but if you made an initial mold, (much larger than yours on the inside) then you could based off of the measuring fill in extra silicone, etc. to make up the fit. Just a thought. tell me what you think. Thanks,
Calibr1735

No need to change flawless you know. But thanks for listening at least.
