I'm planning on sculpting a life size bust of Karl Kroenen but want to top it with a real hat.

Thanks for posting your costume pieces and accessories. I have a question about where to find the officers visor large enough to fit over the head and mask. Due to the irregular shape of the Kroenan mask it would require a size 8+ approx 36” cap to fit. Please share where you found yours? Thanks

I got my hat from here http://www.epicmilitaria.com/ what I did was a pushed the hat down hard on mask and had stick velcro on sides, then I kind of slid my head up into mask/hat. It was a tight fit, what you might want to do is cut hat at back to make it larger and add a piece of black material if my idea doesn't work.

General positioning is like this and they have pin on backs with a back to secure once pushed through material/leather.

Hey, both jackets came from southbeachleather, they used to be standard items on their store. Not sure that's the case now. You might be able to email them or something.

To anyone seeking further information on the suit. Given the current political climate and the rise of Neo-Nazis, I wouldn't do this costume again or if I did, I would definitely remove the Nazi logos etc. Given my concerns about the rise of groups supporting these dangerous ideologies, I won't be providing links etc in the future, as I feel they maybe misused. I will however leave what is currently up for other cosplayers to use as reference.

Been working on a few costumes recently, namely Joker Goon costume (1989 Batman) still in progress and my Deathstroke (Arkham Origins) currently stalled. But recently the idea of doing a Karl Kroenen sparked in my mind and I've been unable to shake it, so here goes. Pretty much all parts are source from various vendors and Ive been playing around with creating hidden blades.

Gun and Holster: (movie references say a Luger P08 but finding a nice replicate and getting into Australia at a reasonable cost is hard, I've had toy/replicate weapons confiscated by costumes before, so I went for a locally sourced P38 and P08 holster, also most images I've seen seem to show a P08 holster)

Dagger: (will need to modify to make safe for Australian conventions, as blade is removable, I will try to replicate screw shaft and about an inch of blade blunt and rounded on end)

Hidden Blades:

I plan to modify 2 of these, either mounted on a rail to appear out of sleeve or I may just go for something fixed.

This was my first attempt as working hidden blades: (blade sits between a metal rail and a piece of curved cardboard, a rubber band is used to make it extended and a ring, a piece fishing like and a pin are used to hold blade in place and release when pulled)

Wow looks fantastic dude! I know this is pretty old already, but is there any chance you could give me some guidance on how I could put this cosplay together myself?

Sorry forgot about this, due to NSW law there will be no way I could make this cosplay, instead I’ve chosen to make an MTF Alpha-1 cosplay, slowly working on buying the things I need for it
