I have been working with Crimson Coscrafts for a little while now finishing up the ARKHAM KNIGHT cosplay for him. Steve Wilson of Crimson Coscrafts designed the 3d files and I printed/finished/molded/casted the rest with help from Jeremie Sloan from Beavercreek Proving grounds.
Here are some pics of the finished helmet. The Helmet is Vacuformed and has ultra bright leds in the eyes. it has the dot-texture as well. You can notice if you watch closely at end of this video..
Here is the armor set we casted up. with some GUNS!
Check out the progress of the Red Hood cosplay we are doing and pics of the ARKHAM KNIGHT painted!
