"Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" Love letter added!!

Re: "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" Eddie's toon gun, and other stuff too . . .

Yeah, I was thinking that I prefer this earlier version of Jessica. But then I have always found Disney's females more attractive. :lol

I've only got the Region 1 DVD - it's only 1 disc, so no Valiant Files. :(

Wow, I did not know that you could see both of her eyes in the paddycake pictures.

Re: "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" Eddie's toon gun, and other stuff too . . .

i would LOVE a nice replica of the newspaper! is there a source for a print-quality version of the pic?

Re: "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" Eddie's toon gun, and other stuff too . . .

Hey, what about the "Pattycake pictures" that Eddie was paid to take of Jessica and Marvin Acme?

**Poof!!** You have two wishes left!

If you can get a solid cap of the covered corners, you're in buisness! YOu may also be able to use parts from other photos. I's an interesting puzzle to be sure!

Sooo . . .anyone tackle these yet?

I should note, the gun is done and ready to be cast, but I've been running around busy, and I've just wrapped up the Vigo run, so I'll be posting the update soon.
Thanks!

I can do the newspaper is someone can get me screengrabs. Otherwise. No go.

He means the nephew one.

Once I get home tonight, I'll get some new pics up for both papers.
I was able to find the Roger Rabbit portrait for the Acme paper too.

OK, sorry, my mistake. :) Personally, I really want the other one.

I worked this up this evening:

PortableHoles.jpg

It's not bad, but the "Portable" font is not correct (only thing I have that's close is Comic Sans so I used that and worked on distorting and skewing it) - close enough for me, but not correct.

Here's my reference:

holes2.jpg

There appears to be two black words (or possibly weights?) written underneath "Holes". Any ideas what they are? One could possibly be "ACME".

Trying to find the correct size/colour box to paste it to and I have a sheet of 6mm thick black rubber coming to make my own hole to put in it. :thumbsup

Re: "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" Eddie's toon gun, and other stuff too . . .

Now that's cool!!!
The writing on the bottom is the Acme logo. Should be easy to source of the other Acme products in the picture, but I can tell you it's the same as the logo on the building!
Nicely done!

Re: "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" Eddie's toon gun, and other stuff too . . .

Thanks for the info. :) Popped the DVD in and took this shot:

From this it's clear my "Holes" text is the wrong colour, it does indeed say ACME, and the "S" of "Holes" is disappearing into a hole. So I changed a few things around. That ACME logo is a pain to get right as it doesn't match any of the fonts I have. So much painting and erasing later....

Nice, I think there is a circle at the ACME Logo... Or isnt it?!?!? Not sure, but know it from cartoons and other movies...

No, I checked out the DVD and all ACME logos in the movie look the shape I've made it. :)

The portable hole design looks fantastic!
Probobly one of the easiest props to recreate from this movie - subtle but cool indeed!
