Who can make me a Tatooine Luke Tunic?

I'm looking for somebody to make me a tunic and pants like Luke's Tatooine Farmboy outfit, but in different colors. I can supply the material. Any help is appreciated.

That's the part I don't know- I was hoping somebody would give me an idea of what they would charge. It's a fairly simple piece and not fitted, so I would think it wouldn't be hard for someone who sews to come up with a price.

Once again, I'll be supplying the material, so I'm looking for just a price on labor.
