where to get spandex/unitard etc.?

Hey now...there's really no reason for you to get all "tarded" just because the Mr I suit might look a bit bulkier than the look you'd much rather prefer your Pred to be!
(BTW, yes..."tarded" is intended as a double-pun!!!)
If you were to get a Mr I suit, it'd only need a few very simple & easy mods done to adjust the size of the muscles to whatever size you want them to look like. All you'd have to do is cut a very small hole into the muscles you want to reduce in size & then use a pair of needle-nose pliers to remove some of the stuffing from inside. I used this same method to reduce the bulkiness of the upper chest area when I made my Mr I suit. Just remember that the latex will also shrink when it dries which will also help reduce the overall size to each of the Mr I suits muscles. In hindsight, I wish I'd played around w/ this a bit more in the arms & shoulders before putting the latex onto my suit because I feel both of those areas on my suit ended up being a lil' bigger than I wanted them to be. Oh, well...least I learned something for next time!
There's also plenty of other options available to you by simply using some other type of superhero costume before resorting to a plain, skin tight unitard/spandex bodysuit. You should at least browse through a few online costume stores & compare some of the subtle details found on the dozens of different styles of superhero costumes out there. Many would still allow you to create most of your own fake muscles while help you save time on areas like the chest/abs. Below is one I felt could work very well for the base of a Pred skin.

I get mine on ebay by searching for "zantai"- whatever you do, don't google that. lol
Or you can check out the women's section in a department store and get a larger size... that works sometimes.
Then there are the underarmor type things, but they can be expensive (name brand anyway).
