So I got a new CO ten sonic. My idea is to put the 11th doctors electronics in it. Shorten the screwdriver, move the button to the slider and smooth the body out and paint it with a crackle paint

Mark II proto of an identity disc (still working on improving my technique to get the bands nice and crisp)

The whole thing is made from plastic pipe of one diameter or another and all the internals have been shock proofed or armoured to protect them, and little fingers from accidents.

I have to paint the hilt still, and add details like the T grip and other bits, but for my first working sabre, I'm pretty pleased with the results so far.

Here's my Metroid Prime arm canon near completion. I have a few more areas to smooth out, finish up painting, then start on weathering. You can see the embedded Wiimote on the top, because you can actually use this to play the games on the Wii with the A and B buttons wired to triggers on the inside.

Re: What's on your workbench?

Here is my first prop. Been working on Mjolnir for about 4 weeks off and on. Not perfect but I'm very pleased with it so far. (Sorry about the pic quality:confused )

I'm thinking of building a full screen accurate size bridge from Star Trek TNG or the movies. If anyone has any info to share, IT IS WELCOME!!!
