I'm working on a 1/12 Marine one and a small scale Tyderium as warmup projects fo college.

Love the steam lantern rings Djinn!

Re: What's on your workbench?

I'm still not back in my shop yet, but I've picked up a piece of plywood and some supplies to tinker with while I'm on the road.

Here's another copy of the HALO armor I've built up in Pepakura:

And I've started sanding and polishing a set of Wolverine claws I bought through the Junkyard a couple of weeks ago:

And finally, I did a quick build and paintjob on a Mal Reynolds pistol by Wilco Models:

It's nothing like screen accurate, but I figure it'll do okay for sitting in the holster most of the time.

Re: What's on your workbench?

I (finally) finished my Scout Trooper blaster pistol. It's not perfect and this will most likely be the first in a line of these pistols. But as it stands, I'm happy with it.

Re: What's on your workbench?

Thought I'd throw out this current project I'm doing. It's a complete Last Starfighter cabinet replica based on the one that belongs to Doc, which I have in my shop. Doc also wrote the game software most probably know about and available free at http://www.roguesynapse.com.

Re: What's on your workbench?

Not a lot this time round. Just a hollow Idol of Fertility with removeable back that I still need to add the glass eyes to.

ANH Bowcaster.

And an ANH E11 stunt which I don't think I'll be able to finish since I don't have tools for working with solid metal.

I thought it was interesting to see the picture I posted on page 32 of this thread, 1 year ago! I never did get round to upgrading the grips on the sabers with Gino's t-track, but I did get the ESB d-ring swapped with a real one. I never finished the Alliance gun but I did get the two Mals, the two DH17s and Simon Tam's batton finished!

Re: What's on your workbench?

It's based on a Horton Safari crossbow which is the closest match to the original found to date. It's not 100% perfect but very close. The Safari is plastic but the original was a very rare aluminium version.

I think I was the first to discover this crossbow and found this picture on my HD which is dated 2004 :)
