What's everyone working on for Halloween this year?

I'm gonna be a pumpkin headed scarecrow this year. I'll be wearing this mask with a flannel shirt with pieces of hay sticking out of it.

Took this out on the weekend and people got a kick out of it.
The hook handle was short enough I could pull it into the sleeve to do the I Still Know What You Did Last Summer hook hand.

Did a raptor with a moving mouth this year. I wanted to add some servos for the eyes as well but ran out of time.

All of these are quite wonderful!

The only real work I did here was to add a Trek cuff to some existing pants. Came out OK. I also added the blood, and rigged a communicator with a plastic knife. Alas, very few people at work "got" my costume. Still, I had fun.
