I am also working on a couple of simple costumes for Halloween. It's likely very few people will know who we are, but it's more because it'll be fun and easy to wear.

Just started in on Maximus from the Gladiator movie. Gathering up materials now, going to be a very cheap build (paper machee) but well done I hope

Only problem is the helmet. Going to be a massive pain to get it perfect, especially since no one on earth seems to have made a pepakura file of it

I enjoy seeing what others are doing-makes me feel a little better for having several projects going on a once!
For immediate wearing: Wraith Queen (Stargate-episode Submersion-I think) and the
Doci (Again-Stargate Series)
Future: Greek Goddess for Halloween, tweak my Elizabethan Dress for SCA Crown Tournament, Several anime' outfits, and some Steampunk outfits for CONvergence next summer in Mpls.
Too bad I cannot wear costumes to work-I need to get some new uiforms!

I just got talked into going to Tekko in pittsburgh as a character from a game, i need to start planning it out but until i know what size i'll be wearing closer to the convention with my surgery coming up i'm kinda stuck. Actually it's what is holding up my fallout costume and my original character costume.

I'm currently putting the finishing touches on a couple costumes (all for Fanexpo, which starts this friday!)

So I'm making a shadow, which I have all finished, but havent taken new pictures since then. The finished costume has a cloak, guns, and gloves. (apologies on the cell pic)

I am also making a Jack Harkness costume, which is finished other than the Coat, which when finished I think will become my winter coat (its Italian wool, and properly made. and looks gorgeous, so why not)

And Finally, The 11th Doctor. (in this set, my hair isnt straightened, when it is it looks a lot more like Matt's. Oh, and ignore the facial hair, It'll be shaved for Fan expo. Really, I'll pretty myself up for the con)

These are all interesting projects.

I'm doing my very first ever custom costume. I'm taking a navy blue 27 P flight suit and either converting it to a blue version of the Rebel flight suit from Star Wars, or just leaving it as is and adding a black leather gunbelt + Blastech DL-44 Heavy Blaster Pistol.


I'm still wondering what boots would go best with it, and where I'd find a size 13 boots.

Then, for my helmet, I'm starting a conversion of a Sierra APH-5 fighter pilot helmet into my version of a Rebel Helmet.

I play Star Wars Galaxies (Starsider Server) and Space PvP is my main profession

I'm in the 118th Fighter Wing, 57th Tactical Strike Group (Razor Squadron), and we fly the Koensayr BTL- A4 and S3 Y-Wing Starfighters. (A4 is the gunnered variant, S3 "Longprobe" is the dual missile tube variant) .

Our squadron colors are blue for our flight suits, which is why I chose that. I look forward to getting the helmet done up (Thanks to Steve and RichiesArmor for their quick and friendly advice, and I'm anxiously awaiting Richie's helmet kit.)


If all goes well, I'll be getting another helmet to convert, and helping another squadmate get decked out.

I'll definitely be wearing this for halloween tho.

I have bits for Motoko and Zam, so not sure which to start. Zam might be slightly more easier, since there is quite a bit of documentation on it.
