Work in progress -
ANH-style Tusken Raider with Gaffi - all parts and material in hand, mask is about 3/4-finished, maybe. Needs another layer of fabric strips, and weathering (but I probably want the rest of the costume closer to done before I do that, so it'll all match). I've done a little bit of sewing on the inner robes, and just barely started weathering on the one repro Brit ammo belt - I've also got a real vintage Swedish one, which needs an extender (and that'll need weathering to match) but is otherwise fine and will serve as a bandolier. Gloves and arm-wraps are started. And... that's probably about it, for that one.
ESB Vader's pretty much always in progress, really, but it's one of those "it's never REALLY done," things. Been trooping in it for years.
Attempting to expand my armoring skills by teaching myself pepakura. Got two projects to learn on, a Mk VI Mjolnir helmet - DF4L's file, IIRC - which is nearly finished with assembly (two major subassemblies and a few small parts left to glue in place, then I can start slathering on the resin), and an Iron Man helmet, courtesy of Sharkhead and Dubean, which I have printed out but haven't done anything else with yet. Both files were downloaded from the 405th just prior to The Great DDoS Attack (frakking hackers :angry). I'll be trying to get these as nicely finished as I'm capable of, but I didn't bother trying to scale them for my head or anything. I'd like to eventually do both armor suits for myself, once I lose a good bit more weight (down 20 pounds and counting!!!), but the Mjolnir helm will be a gift for my stepson, who's a huge Halo fan, and the Iron Man is for my stepdaughter, who's possibly an even bigger IM fan.
Custom Luxeon K2 Jedi saber, for my Rebel Legion Jedi costume (itself another eternal WIP, though not a high-quality as my 501st Vader - one reason why it's WIP). I have MOST of the parts I need to assemble it, but I've changed the design over the years (yes, YEARS), and need some different stuff to do it the way I want now. I've got about half the parts necessary for another custom saber, this one a Yoda-esque short-bladed job, and I have all the stuff necessary to convert my stock Ep3 Anakin FX saber to a Luxeon-III-driven polycarb-bladed unit.
I've got assorted other long-range and "Gee, wouldn't THAT be cool?" projects, but that's probably all I can credibly be claiming to have actively in progress.
