Weta D9 Gas Projector

Just got my Gas Projector! It's very nice but it could use a repaint. Much bigger than the Arc gun!

Got mine today too! Same solid construction as the AG. Some people would definitely want to repaint it, and personally, I do think they used too much silver. Still love it though - big and badass!

I agree about the weathering job. Doesn't look as natural as the factory arc paintjob, especially the gunk coming out of the canister and tubes. I know it's hard to tell by the photos, but is there any application of "natural" dirt/dust like on the AG?

Brad, there's no official word yet on the next guns. I think the only real possibilities size-wise, are the 'medical device/foosh gun' and the one with the big circular centre body and the 'pincers' around the barrel, but you barely see that one in the film. I would like the teleporter and the organic retriever but they'd probably cost $3K!
