The alerts droplist should always remain the same size and should scroll...

Same ads as before, but because the site is now mobile friendly I am sure the ads seem/feel more prominent.
We can look for a return add-on but there isn’t one built-in.

Ajust settings per category?
I don't see a "mark read" on each individual forum. I'm afraid to click the "Mark Forums Read" thing because I figure that will mark everything read. Am I missing something? Also it mentions trophies; will there be a participation trophy so we don't feel left out?

The Alert settings only let me choose which Alerts I get. It doesn't let me choose to have Alerts disappear once they've been viewed.

It does scroll. By "longer", I mean the content within it is increasing. It would be better if each Alert would disappear after it's been viewed.

Just to reiterate... we were not initially planning on making the site live a this time (y'all just couldn't stay away lol) so it will need maintenance breaks for a bit moving forward. If you have an issue/question, please try and search this thread first because posting as many of the initial questions/issues will probably have already been addressed.

I also had mine set to 100 replies per page, made it easier to read/follow threads without having to go back pages. No big deal, I’m okay with new and changes.

When you post in a thread, your post count and join date don’t show anymore. Is that a change, or still in the works ?
Also, when I clicked on myself and my stats popped up, my age is wrong by 10 years.

As someone who works in web design i'm having second thoughts even now about typing this message because I know the work involved and it feels like a slap in the face to the staff here, but personally, i'm pretty dissapointed. All of the charm and character the site had is gone, and it now looks like every other stock XenForo board on the planet. From a design standpoint it's like unflavored oatmeal, plain, consistent, and entirely unremarkable.
From a technical standpoint, yeah, it's great. I'm sure it'll be easy to use on mobile and it seems pretty fast. I never had issues with the old site on desktop so I can't really compare, but it's true that XenForo scales better across multiple devices, i'm not ignorant of the many improvements. The content is still the same, the people are still the same, and ultimately that's what should matter the most, but the old forum was a joy for me to open up and browse through and now the stark white drabness has me doing a double-take to remember what forum i'm on because I belong to six others that all look completely identical.
I'm not much of a contributer, I know that, I mostly come here to read about what other people are working on so I doubt what I have to say will mean much. In the 10 years i've been here the site has changed several times so this isn't my first rodeo, and it's not that i'm unwilling to get used to the new layout, I just think that it looks... bad.
