Re: Made007 War Machine

Looks great! Are you going to attach the back jet flaps permanently, or are you planning on motorizing them?

Re: Made007 War Machine

I dont know, my biggest concern right now its motorizing the faceplate, but i dont have any experience with servos, so i have to do some research first, and i want to motorize the minigun and for the fore arms i have something in mind too, but i think they will look cool motorized

Re: Made007 War Machine

Now its starting to look like a war machine helmet, still needs a lot of work, i need to work on that huge gap on top of the faceplate, and i just noticed the sides need to be a little wider, also i need to cut where i marked with the sharpie, and lots of sanding and priming, enjoy

Ok...thanks...man this project is taking My sleep..lol..i will be going to home depot tomorrow and purchase some stuff for my home..i might sneak a gallon of resin in the shopping cart..lol....maybe a detailed sander also.. I have many Sanders From pneumatic to e electric but i don't have a detailed one..not sure the name but you can chance the tips to squared or triangular....they look nice..might be my early Christmas gift..lol

Re: Made007 War Machine

I have a palm sander for big areas and a dremel tool, but most of the sanding i do it by hand with 40 grit and 80 grit, after i get the shapes right i go down to 100

everything is looking great man. Especially the helmet
That thing is looking legit.

Keep it up.

Re: Made007 War Machine

looks great man. It really makes a huge difference when a guy really knows how to use polyester filler. And using USC products doesn't hurt either, LoL. Are you using Feather Fill for this?
