Not 100% accurate, because i believe there is no cooler by Igloo Playmate with the Blue handle like that, but prety close. Need to beat it up and do the weathering, but wanted to share before then anyway. Store bought from Wal-Mart for $11, its the 15 inch wide version, accurate to measurements of Wall-E at the Builders Club.

There is a version where the top of the handle and the button on the right is blue, but no version where there is a separate top crossbar like the movie shots.

The Blue cap to the handle shouldn't be too hard to produce.
You may be able to make it out of styrene.
Either vacuum formed or boil it and form it to shape.

IMHO the weathering on the cooler is fantastic, but not quite right. You are off to a great start BTW.
