Valkyrie Leona Model Need help

I haven't really done anything with models ever but I am wanting to get a pattern of this model: http://www.lolking.net/models/?champion=89&skin=1

I need to be able to download it so that maybe I can pay someone to alter it where I can use it as a pattern to create armor, because I have no clue how lol

If this is for making a wearable costume you should have one of the admin's move this to the costuming section.

How do I get the admin to do that?
