In conjunction with the recent software upgrade, I had trouble in logging on. What happened was that my email address was for a no longer valid account - which meant that the "Send me my password" tool wouldn't work for me. So a suggestion I have for you guys is to, prior to any major updates, make announcements a few weeks in advance telling people to confirm their email address. I have seen this done at other forums and I think it helps to prevent a lot of headaches for both admins and members.
