Two and a Half Men

How much you wanna bet they'll reconcile differences and somewhere down the road the ghost of Charlie Harper will make some appearances here and there?

I liked the new show. I watched thinking it would be a train wreck without it's main character, but I don't think it was. Maybe over here they have over saturated us with Charlie Sheen, as the show was a ratings hit and they played re run after re run after re run, until I couldn't stand the show anymore.

I am not a fan of Ashton, but I didn't think he was too bad at all. I also agree with someone else who said they left it open to bring Charlie back if they ever want to. Especially as Rose is the only one to see him killed.

I liked it, loved the Dharma and Greg Cameo, was NOT expecting that, but funny to see how they ended up.

Someone who was trying to get my interest, but that couldn't even get me remotely interested in that idiot Kutcher... I only gave the show a second chance to see how it was gonna play out, but wasn't happy.

The only thing that can save this show, would be the return of the Rockstar from Mars.

What?? I must have missed the Star Wars items. Where were they? In Ashton's house?

Last night's episode was, meh. To be honest, I think Allan had the best lines, and while there were some good ones, I didn't find the show as good as I was hoping for. Some of the humor was beneath the show. Pee jokes...really? Hopefully, it's just an off episode.

Yeah, they were in Ashtons/girlfriends house. You see them in the backround when they were talking, as well as when he walks off to get the TP. It was a R2, 3P0 and a Clone Trooper.

I don't think it's going all that bad. It still has the same formula. Plus the past couple of seasons with Charlie Sheen were so redundant that it was getting boring. It would be different if this was the Seinfeld era trying to move on without Jerry, and even then the last couple of seasons were kind of lame.

As far as I'm concerned John Cryer was carrying the show for the past three years anyhow and still is the draw. Sure Charlie's character was the initial draw, but just became so overdone that the fade into obscurity was beginning in my opinion. It sucks it had to end like it did, but eh...."life and stuff" :unsure

I liked the only line that Jake had :lol I wonder if he got paid the 250k that he has been getting per episode to say his line. :rolleyes

I got to agree with DoubleD and add that you didn't get to see the "half men" Jake the kid, last night pretty much sealed the deal on me probably not watching the show anymore it wasn't funny and they pretty much have Ashton playing the same kind of airhead character as in the 70's show and are we going to have to watch him naked or half naked in every episode?

Anybody ever think that if they ever made a (blasphemy) Andy Griffith movie, John Cryer could be a good Barney Fife?

Ha, yeah he would.

Last night was yet another just OK episode for me, but I will say it was great to see Jenny McCarthy :love again.
