Turboman needs help with his turboman

This would be an easy enough fix! I'd just do like Brad(Jedifyfe)said,superglue it with super glue gel,then reinforce the backside with bondo,or fibergalss resin,and matting. This will hold real good for you without worry of coming loose,or shifting,and breaking again!
