*Edit:
Okay, I mis-remembered, I only have 32-33 tracks. I missed one in my compilation called "Flynn Remembers" which fits in I think between 2-3. I need to check the film, but I think it's the track they play when detailing when kevin went missing, and they play the news clips. Either that, or its when he has the "video flashback" to young Sam in his Grid house. I omitted it because it's... really repetetive. They could have cut 2 minutes out of it and it would have been fine.
Anyhoo, here's the main Chronological list of tracks...
01 - Overture
02 - The Grid
03 - The Son of Flynn
04 - Encom Part I (Special Edition CD)
05 - Encom Part II (Special Edition CD)
06 - Alan Bradley's Message (Unreleased track)
07 - Recognizer
08 - Armory
09 - Arena
10 - Round One (Special Edition CD)
11 - Rinzler
12 - The Game has Changed
13 - Outlands
14 - Father and Son (iTunes Exclusive)
15 - Adagio for Tron
16 - Nocturne
17 - Outlands, Part II (iTunes Exclusive)
18 - End Of Line
19 - Reflections (Special Edition CD)
20 - Castor (Special Edition CD)
21 - Derezzed
22 - Fall
23 - Sea of Simulation (Amazon Exclusive)
24 - Solar Sailer
25 - Rectifier
26 - Disc Wars
27 - C.L.U.
28 - Arrival
29 - Flynn Lives
30 - Sunrise prelude (Nokia Ovi Exclusive)
31 - TRON Legacy
32 - Finale
*whew*
Now, if you _really_ want to get technical, you can also add...
"Seperate Ways (Worlds Apart)" by Journey
and
"Sweet Dreams (are made of this)" by the Eurythmics
Between tracks 6-7.
There's a few other tracks which are similar or _slightly_ tweaked versions of a couple of the above tracks. I think they were intended to be bridges between parts, but that's just a guess.
I didn't spend much time listening to them to determine where (if anywhere) they fit in the timeline.
The "other" tracks are...
Trailer Opening (3:03)
Flynn Remembers (3:03)
City Reveal (2:01) [kind of slightly darker/moodier version of Sunrise Prelude. It might fit in before 07 - Recognizer]
Victory (2:24)
Battle (1:22) [Similar to track 11 - Rinzler, near the end. I need to check, but it might be before that track in the film.]
Alan Bradley's message (0:44)(Which I added into my personal collection.)
