Either my Walmarts have an endless supply of Frozen II merch so they never have an empty spot on the display or it's not selling.

Walmarts have increasingly become focused on just stocking things that they can plan on selling a dozen of each week. Food, tools, accessories, it doesn't matter, but if it is not guaranteed to move fast they just do not seem to bother with it.
